Free Beginner Meditation Download for Better Pain Management

Pain and stress are close cousins. Those in pain are very likely to experience pain at even higher levels when feeling stressed. Hypnosis and guided meditations by a professional hypnotherapist are clinically proven in a number of studies to be very helpful for both acute and chronic pain management.

The National Institutes of Health held a panel in 1996 that determined that hypnosis was very effective for easing cancer pain. More recently studies have demonstrated its effectiveness for relieving pain affiliated with not only cancer, but also burns rheumatoid arthritis and reduction of anxiety associated with surgery, as well. An analysis of 18 studies by researchers at Mount Sinai School of Medicine confirmed moderate to large pain-relieving effects from hypnosis, supporting effectiveness of hypnotic techniques for pain management.

If you want to try hypnosis, you can seek the help of a practitioner by yourself. Alternatively, as a completely free offering to subscribers of the Zangani Report, in this newsletter we are offering a 25 minute free beginner guided hypnosis session for stress relief and greater pain management that can easily be downloaded to your computer, ipad or iphone.
